HIRE T&C TERMS & CONDITIONS
1)Hired items will remain the sole property of JRS Services, and be returned and delivered on the dates stated on the Invoice or equipment list.
2)Equipment hired will be entirely the responsibility of the hirer. The hirer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment. It is up to the hirer to arrange the relevant insurance.
3)JRS accepts no responsibility for damage to property or persons through the misuse of hired equipment; it is therefore the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the correct public liability insurance is obtained.
4)The hirer will be responsible for ensuring all relevant regulations, rules and statutory provisions relating to the use of the hired equipment are complied with during the hire period and shall keep JRS indemnified against all liability for any Non-compliance with any such regulation or provision.
5)Equipment is not for use in wet weather conditions and should be immediately turned off and removed in the event of wet weather.
6)Equipment is maintenance checked before and after every hire. Please report any damages, As soon as possible.
7)JRS accepts no responsibility for any hired equipment that does not work in conjunction with the hirer.
8)I the hirer accept if I cancel the event I may be liable for a cancellation fee.
10) JRS reserves the right to withdraw any hire equipment from the hirer if these terms and conditions are breached.
